Thank you to everyone that blogged about Jiibe, joined and supported our efforts to make company culture more transparent and authentic. We have learned many lessons from our grand experiment and will continue to analyze the data. Hopefully in the coming months we will be able to post some of our results.
Some of you may be wondering why we didn’t keep the system available for continued use. Well, simply, we didn’t have the resources to continue maintaining and hosting the site.
The future of Jiibe will be to evangelize great companies and keep people informed about other ground-breaking sites that push the bounds of transparency. We look forward to your future suggestions and feedback.
